Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001
The recent certification according to standard ISO 9001:2008 confirms our innovative heat pump manufacturer's quality management.
As part of the certification audit, the practical application and effective quality management system was tested and evaluated at Termo Shop, according to ISO 9001:2008 criteria, which complies and guarantees the highest level of performance quality and work efficiency. The main principles are: strong customer focus, process-and solution oriented decision making and continuous improvement measures.
The independent, external certification authority - TÜV SÜD found that Termo Shop meets all demands problem free and exemplary. The certification is valid for three years and the included annual audits ensure that the quality management system is maintained and continuously improved.
Excellent SME Slovenia
Excellent SME Slovenia is a business performance certificate. Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia is issuing the certificate in cooperation with the renowned credit rating agency COFACE Slovenia to the most successful small and medium companies in Slovenia.
The main purpose of the certificate, coinciding with EU directives is to promote successful small and medium companies, secure and safe business, good business practices and to increase market transparency. Additionally it will help customers and business partners to decrease financial and other risks when concluding business agreements.
The basis for the certification is a credit report and daily monitoring from COFACE Slovenia. Concurrently the SafeSigned™ website technology prevents the «Excellent SME Slovenia« quality seal to be copied and used on any other website.
Member of EHPA
Since april 2010 we are a member of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA). EHPA represents the majority of the European heat pump industry. Its members comprise of heat pump and component manufacturers, research institutes, universities, testing labs and energy agencies. Its key goal is to promote awareness and proper deployment of heat pump technology in the European market place for residential, commercial and industrial applications. EHPA aims to provide technical and economic input to European, national and local authorities in legislative, regulatory and energy efficiency matters. All activities are aimed at overcoming market barriers and dissemination of information in order to speed up market development of heat pumps for heating, cooling and hot water production.
